about this team
The Global Casting team leads talent casting of our featured ambassadors and models in photo & video campaign projects for Global Brand Creative. The team shapes our Global casting strategy and actively drives the impact of talent across our marketing funnel. The team develops and delivers a cast that authentically embodies our brand values, establishes guest connections through global voice narrative opportunities, and ensures representation of our future and current guests.
The Global Brand Studio Casting Specialist, Women has a strong background in talent management, a clear understanding of the photo and video production process, and an eye for casting talent perfectly suited for the needs of the shoot and business. They are proficient in project management tools and software, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic work environment.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
- Drive the success of our Global Casting strategy by supporting all women’s casting requests within our Global Brand Studio team
- Provide talent recommendations to the Global Casting Manger for all Global Brand studio requests based on unique creative and budgetary requirements. Pulling from an existing pod as well as presenting new faces and booking for daily shoots
- Arrange test shoots, fit sessions, and casting materials such as digitals or movement materials
- Support talent outreach efforts for new studio projects and contributing to daily and quarterly studio castings
- Develop and maintain powerful relationships with talent agencies and cross functional partners
- Manage the casting database and casting deck to include contact info, rate, location, and visuals
- Own the booking records and calendar management for streamlined operations
- Collaborating with production and styling teams to effectively communicate talent information
qualifications
- Impressive ability to manage details and deliver prompt, clear, professional communication
- Proven experience with administrative work
- Photo/video production background is an asset
- Knowledge of lululemon brand aesthetic and product
- An upbeat, sweat-loving individual who thrives in a collaborative team
- An incredible communicator with an aptitude for building powerful partnerships

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $63,900-$83,900 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
