Description & Requirements

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

·       Responsible for conceptualizing an overall analytics and guest insight plan.

·       Business analysis through guest-oriented data analysis collaboration with key stakeholders such as retail, EC, finance.

·       CRM dashboard build-up and enrollment cross functions and enrollment/training with retail

·       Cognoscente or curious about the latest trends/best practices in data mining, guest retention, etc.


Key Responsibilities:

As the Data Analytics manager, you are the person as business intelligence expertise focus on guest insight generation, both from guest perspective and finding opportunity for business driven as result, based on all-channel integrated CRM database.

·     Develop guest KPI and map out China guest dashboard for multi-functions, partnering with other key stakeholders such as retail, EC to ensure the design and outcome is suits the best for our business and goals, need to transform data/report into understandable insights in a clear and effective manner.

·       By topic guest analysis with strong business senses, provide in-depth thematic analysis.

·       Performance tracking of CRM campaign and opportunities finding for enhancement.

·       Data model for predict/tagging/life value assessment.


Education and Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·       Bachelor’s degree or above with major in quantitative degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering)

·       Minimum 6+ years working experience in data science, analytics, database marketing, retail industry experience is plus.

·       Progressive experience within data analytics, consumer analytics experience a plus

·       Genuine curiosity about providing the consumer the best possible dialogue with the brand and an eye for detail

·       Good communication skill to transform data analysis in a clear way.
