The Impact Operations Lead is part of the Sustainable Buisness & Impact Operations team whose work is to implement governance, operating models, process, and tools that enable delivery of Impact work globally and drives SB&I team operations, communication, and engagement.

A day in the life: 
The Impact Operations Lead will be responsible for the implementation of processes and tools, support the execution and project management of select SBI initiatives and/or programs and ensure our team operates as one connected, efficient, and engaged function. The ideal candidate will have experience in process development and implementation, project management, engagement, and communications.

As an Impact Operations Lead for the Sustainable Business & Impact function you will : 
  • Develop and optimize operating processes and tools across SBI Function and Impact work such as workback calendars, process maps, communication material and content trackers 
  • Coordinate agendas, calendar and content for team meetings, learning & development programming (in partnership with Learning & Leadership), onboardings and engagement events and activities. 
  • Create and distribute weekly team communications & manage team communications & Information channels  
  • Manage Projects and Initiatives including developing project plans, scheduling working sessions, deliverables, change management and being point person for communication across stakeholders and provide timely status updates.
  • Support with budget management including invoicing, tracking and reconciling budgets 
  • Manage function wide operating Calendar including key initiatives and meetings to align with business priorities and needs 
  • Sustain adoption of SBI & company wide Tools in partnership with Brand, Product & Supply Chain Ops through on-going training offerings

  • 5+years experience in project/program management, event management or similar operations role 
  • Experience successfully operationalizing processes, with strong project or event management, organizational, and budget management skills
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving, taking a methodological approach and anticipating roadblocks. prioritizing, leading and following through to outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal relationships, confidently sharing, visualizing and facilitating conversations, at times of abstract information, with diverse, small and large audiences
  • Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) , Advanced Level knowledge of Excel & Slide presentation skills a plus!

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
