The Benefits Coordinator will report directly to Manager, Benefits and you’ll collaborate closely with the team to maintain our world class Benefits programs. 


a day in the life

  • Support our employees with Canadian and USA benefits enquiries by providing thoughtful and informed responses to tickets in ServiceNow 
  • Escalate or re-route tickets as needed, in a timely manner, while maintaining strong lines of communication with stakeholder(s) until resolution 
  • Ensure consistent response times against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Create a seamless employee experience while treating inbound enquiries with the utmost of care 
  • Track IDEA Enquiry feedback and direct employees to various resources as requested 
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager qualifications
  • HR experience/education 
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow Strong communication & attention to detail 
  • Discernment and decision-making 
  • Using discretion and maintaining employee privacy around sensitive information 
  • Ability to work remotely
