This role reports into the Manager, NA Community Relationships.


 - Identify, enroll and maintain successful brand relationships with a specific number Ambassadors, including, but not limited to: contract negotiation and fulfillment, on boarding and training, continuous relationship management, marketing & amplification tactics.

- Develops a pipeline of City Ambassadors for the future

- Create and execute an annual marketing strategy to support City Ambassadors in Chicago

- Work cross-functionally with local retail partners and marketing team to ensure there’s a strategic, seamless, and consistent experience for the Ambassadors across the market 
- Complete regular market assessments to evaluate opportunities in local region, including building a pipeline strategy

- Manage and track budget according to program priorities 

- Creates City Ambassador communication plan and manages issues/crisis management 

 - Oversees the program operations in the Chicago taking into account the NA business objectives and Global Ambassador framework

- Identify, enroll and maintain successful brand relationships with a specific number of Ambassadors

- Coordinates localized efforts with broader marketing and retail teams on the ground

- Partners with global peers to assess the strength and impact of the program and monitor how results are measuring against overall test

- Develops individual marketing plans in partnership with city ambassadors and relevant cross functional partners

- Gives input on future evolution of the program

- Ambassador selection in line with Global City ambassador test framework

- Casting opportunities - which Ambassadors are suitable

- IM campaign integration & storytelling where applicable

- Ambassador engagement, retention, and pipeline

- Ambassador Marketing and Activation Plans


 - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or business related field. 

 - 5 years experience in influencer or athlete relationship management 

 - 5 years program management experience

 - PR and Media experience preferred

 - Proven ability to effectively work cross-functionally across a complex matrix environment with results.   

 - Proven excellence working remotely and successfully contributing to a global strategy.  

 - Proven experience developing and driving initiatives from inception to execution both online & offline

 - Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision maker across the organization and within localized communities

 - Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation, and presentational.  Must be able to deliver complex information in a concise and clear way to drive decision making

 - Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and relationship management
