A day in the life: 
  • Develop, implement and execute strategic online performance marketing initiatives for lululemon in Asia (HK, TW, MC, SEA,KR) in line with brand and strategic guidelines
  • Own and lead local online performance marketing strategy and distribution across media channels: paid digital, social media, and owned media
  • Analyze and optimize online performance campaigns against digital and Asia market growth objectives
  • Lead agency relationships and align the communication strategy with key partners across APAC
  • Set, communicate, and maintain timelines, budget, and priorities on every digital marketing project across Asia
  • Monitor online marketing trends across categories to generate insights for new digital marketing strategies to accelerate lululemon’s growth across Asia
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align and are lockstep with the larger promotional strategy and on brand.
  • Ensure Digital Marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly and are optimized towards the campaign goal. 

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • 5+ years of experience in online marketing for a leading consumer brand or tech company.
  • Experience running performance digital marketing across Asia, including paid digital, social media, earned media and owned media; and up-to-date with current consumer & media trends
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement platforms, digital marketing technology, and data ecosystem
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics — CPV, CPCV, CPR, LTV are familiar to you.
  • A strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities in combination with a hands-on attitude to get things done
  • Proven track record of leading multiple, complex tasks simultaneously
  • The ability to adequately prioritize to improve business impact in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent soft skills with a teamwork mentality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to thrive in an international environment, with multiple languages and time zones
