About this team

Planning & Allocations team is to maximize the guest demand through optimal inventory planning and management; They collaborate with retail and ecommerce operations team in driving in-season business, also work closely with merchandising and supply chain teams on the creation of the product strategy and bringing the product to market.

A day in the life:

·       Support setting Financial framework, strategy and targets that support departmental/divisional merchandise strategies under the direction of the SVP Head of Product APAC + China

·       Influence Merchandise strategy through high level financial analysis and guidance

·       Responsible for 2 to 3 year forward looking forecast

·       Accountable for sales and inventory performance results and meeting financial targets and KPI's set by the company

·       Align cross-function around resources needed to bring product strategy to life

·       People Responsibilities:

-          Responsible for hiring, team/individual development

-          Lead self and others, organization

-          Coach and develops a team, direct reports typically manage others


·       University degree required

·       10+ years of related experience with strong management experience of a scalable team of 10 +

·       5+ years of management experience

·       Exhibit impactful communication with peers up to Senior leadership team level

·       Strong capability to build and develop highly effective teams
