About This Team

The Distribution Excellence team (DX) supports the ongoing growth of our business by leading various optimization efforts across our fulfillment network.  Partnering not only cross-functionally, but also cross-facility, each member of the team impacts multiple sites and facets of work across our DCs.  We tackle a variety of challenges from leading the execution phase of capital projects, to supporting site-specific improvement projects and acting as a liaison and thought partner between our DCs and lululemon's broader business.  We support the DCs by breaking-down barriers, finding synergies, documenting and standardizing tribal knowledge, and driving more disciplined operations.  Each team member's scope is comprise of 3 pillars: supporting the ad hoc needs of the team, supporting the specific needs of the site they are based at, and supporting a specific set of initiatives.


A Day In The Life

Based in Toronto, ON this Manager will support our Business Solutions program - supporting the intake of process exception requests and maintaining a valued "seat at the table" for new Go-To-Markets, product launches and other business initiatives.

Additionally:

•  Support our primary DC by facilitating the discovery, and implementation, of best-in-class practices.

•  Support a growing distribution landscape by mitigating risk, tackling diverse and vague requests, getting to the root of issues

•  Takes individual accountability for improving operations in "their neck of the woods" and turning those learnings into network-wide solutions.


Qualifications

•  3+ years experience working in a distribution environment supporting new GTMs and/or supporting product category expansions

•  Minimum 5 years working in a distribution environment, apparel sector preferred

•  Minimum 2 years experience leading people and teams through complex projects

•  Experience with a top-tier WMS (Manhattan WMOS preferred) and various fulfillment solutions (RF devices, MHE, WCS/WES, picking/packing/shipping operations)

•  Strong general business acumen (professional written and oral communicator, executive summaries, thoughtful analysis)

•  Strong MS Office experience, Excel specifically

•  College degree preferred, but not required
