About this team  

The Loyalty team is responsible for the strategy and end to end ownership and delivery of unique loyalty strategies and programs to drive guest connection, spend, retention and lifetime value. The team is fast paced and agile, getting things done quickly while always putting the guest and guest experience first.  

 

A day in the life: 

As the  Senior Analyst, Loyalty Strategy and Analysis, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our loyalty programs. Reporting to the Manager, Loyalty Strategy, this hybrid role blends strategic planning with finance and performance analysis to support the development and optimization of loyalty initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and member value. 

 

You will work cross-functionally to evaluate program performance, influence roadmaps, and support the financial health of our loyalty portfolio through thoughtful analysis and business case development. 

 

Strategy and planning 

  • Support strategic planning and roadmap development for loyalty programs 
  • Build business cases for new initiatives, benefits and markets 
  • Translate guest and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations 
  • Prepare executive-level presentations on strategy and performance 
  • Support with our annual and strategic planning process


 Financial & performance analysis

  • Manage the P&L for multi-market loyalty programs 
  •  Lead member and financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking in partnership with Finance 
  •  Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, including understanding variance in plans, and managing risks and opportunities 
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics and commentary on loyalty program financial performance 
  • Own business case analysis for new loyalty features and ventures and track return on investment across programs 
  •  Clearly communicate insights to executive audiences and cross-functional partners to inform decision-making 

 

Qualifications 

  •  3+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or consulting, ideally with exposure to loyalty or customer programs 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field; MBA or CPA is an asset 
  •  Strong financial acumen with experience building and interpreting complex models and performance reports 
  • Proven ability to connect strategy to financial and operational plans 
  • Skilled problem-solver with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations 
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience preparing executive-ready presentations and reports 
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities 
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in apay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $82,000-$110,000  annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
