About this team
Reporting directly to the finance manager you are an integral part of the finance family. You love everything numbers; adore working with Oracle and have a passion for the retail sector. You are all about guest experience and are driven to provide a high level of service to all your peeps both internally and externally. You are extremely detail-oriented, authentic, motivated, and enthusiastic and FUN.  

A day in the life: 
•You manage the processing of AU & NZ invoices within our AP systems, Coupa, Oracle EBS and More4apps ensuring tax compliance
• You work closely with our global office ensuring vendors are onboarded and paid on time and in accordance with payment terms
• You manage our corporate credit card program with our internal system iExpense/Coupa Expense
• You manage and process manual/international payments as requested by the business
• You collaborate with your peers regionally & globally to achieve operational efficiency & excellence and ensuring we align with our global travel & expenses policy
• You are the main contact for key stakeholder queries & you educate when necessary
• You are responsible of recognising month/quartered accruals
• You perform and complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required by the finance manager

Qualifications:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role 
• You have strong Microsoft Excel skills
• You love multi-tasking and working within a fast-paced and demanding environment
• You are a true team player
• You are comfortable with rapid growth and changing environments, willing to learn   and take direction
• Dedication to continuous improvement and personal development
