About this team
The objectives of the Global Shared services specialist would be to provide seamless customer service for all Coupa Related Invoices for North America and for regional markets, brainstorm and troubleshoot any issues within the department, and ensure proper controls  and processes are followed

A day in the life: 
The specialist would ensure all Apex entries are reconciled and timely PO's submission , would help in the AP cleanse report along with the payments team , assist  in recoveries from Vendors for unclaimed properties , pick up the escalated Service now tickets, train and resolve complex issues within Coupa, RSO.

  • Maintain a single point of contact for business, Vendors and international teams for matters related to Coupa /RSO 
  • Open ongoing communication with the bank 
  • Align Coupa processes with international teams with PO2 pay to go international. 
  • Improve processes 
  • Review and improve Shared Services controls 
  • Enforce policies and procedures 

Qualifications:
  • 1 - 2 years of Shared Services Experience
  • Experience with Oracle, Service Now, KTM, and banks
  • Added advantage having knowledge about Coupa
