Supplier Inclusion & Diversity's objective is play a critical role in creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable lululemon through our sourcing and procurement practices.   Supplier Inclusion and Diversity focuses on creating inclusive policies and practices that support the inclusion of diverse suppliers and business growth through supplier development. Our key objective is to impact our community by supporting diverse business growth, job creation and wealth creation.
The Analyst will be responsible for lululemon's Supplier Inclusion and Diversity data.  The Analyst's responsibilities include data tools management, multiple source data gathering and analytics, data scrubs, Supplier Inclusion and Diversity key performance indicators, and stakeholder reports. The Analyst will partner with  internal and external stakeholders to provide data and tools in support of the growth of the Supplier Inclusion and Diversity program. The Business Analyst has experience with data analytics, building customer facing dashboards, project management and can work in a high-growth vertically integrated global company. 

Reporting directly to the Supplier Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager,  the Business Analyst will be responsible for Supplier Inclusion and Diversity program data.  The Analyst's focus will be to:
  • Maintain complex supplier diversity data for the Supplier Inclusion and Diversity program.  
  • Act as the primary resource for supplier diversity data requests including diverse supplier certifications and spend reports.
  • Provide data in support of global procurement sourcing events.
  • Create and/or manage data tools for collecting and tracking supplier reported diversity spend, third party certifications and compliance. 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, statistics, engineering, business administration or related fields.
  • 2-4 years experience in financial analysis and reporting experience with fast pace business data analytics
  • MS Excel (Pivot tables) and building customer facing dashboards with visualization tools
  • Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Data driven thinker with proven ability to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;  
  • Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality 
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner 
  • Ability to work with a large amount detail without losing sight of the big picture
