What you’ll do:

As Brand & Community Manager, Beijing & North Region, you are responsible for growing our brand awareness and collective in the north, driving desire for our brand and products. You partner with retail leadership in region to articulate priorities, opportunities and mitigate any risks for the region, building an annual retail marketing calendar that ensures overall brand consistency whilst also delivering on regional goals. Working closely also with the functional leaders in the Brand Marketing team, you will bring your programs to life flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

·       An integral member of the Brand and Community team, you are responsible for delivering our Brand Marketing OKRs in Beijing and the Northern region, delivering programs that support our market expansion & growth plans.

·       In close partnership with retail leadership, you are responsible to identify compelling opportunities, construct and deliver the annual brand and community calendar & budget for your region

·       Drive impactful initiatives that deliver on our brand awareness goals whilst also nourishing our community

·       You oversee events execution in region, and provide support and or guidance to the store teams to deliver both own and partnership events in your region.

·       You own your City Level Ambassador relationships and are responsible for the onboarding and animation of ambassador in your region.

·       Constantly seeking to build the city/region’s “black book”, you seek out mavens, influencers, athletes, scouting for potential talent to build our Ambassador network and nourish our collective.

·       You are key resource to ensure the success of all new stores openings in region in close collaboration with all key stakeholders

The Fine Print

·       An undergraduate degree is preferred

·       Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.

·       6+ years experience in an integrated marketing role within a global, multi-national company

·       Organized, detail oriented and able to multitask across multiple disciplines and manage competing priorities.

·       Strong digital and social media understanding and content creation acumen

·       3+ year of leading and developing teams, driving for results in a matrix organization.

·       Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ms Office suite

·       Innovative and strategic thinker, comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis

·       Ability to travel and able to work independently with minimal direction, seeking coaching and guidance as needed
