Department is Global Guest Innovation, which is creating new ways of pushing our brand beyond our current boundaries.  Our Experiential Stores are the physical expression of the Sweatlife for our brand.

The Business Manger, Experiential Fuel will develop and oversee the entire Fuel Strategy and Model for all Experiential Stores.  They will develop menu's, recipes, work with vendors and scale offerings to all locations current and ongoing.  


This role will need to take a number of proof of concepts models currently being tested in a variety of markets and create a high performing, high demand, scalable model with incredible food options for our Fuel Smoothie Bars.  Fuel is a key part of our Experiential Stores business and shows a lot of growth potential for our brand.  The current menu items have all been tested and approved by our CEO, who is highly involved in our recipe production.  This role will engage with leaders from our C-suite to our store teams and need to have the ability to develop, teach, train and ensure this business model can thrive, starting first in Lincoln park.



A DAY IN THE LIFE

•Create Fuel experience strategy and roadmap that align with lululemon long term vision and sequence how we get from where we are today to the future

•Oversee recipe development, food cost management and operational scalability 

•Perform ongoing market research to learn trends, inspiration and make recommendations for relevant category guest experiences

•Produce and report on program performance to Experiential Director and other key Experiential stakeholders 

•Identify opportunities for continual improvement

•Work with other Experiential managers and key cross functional partners to understanding how Experiential programming interlink and overlap and identify risks and opportunities and create actions to mitigate and solve

•Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks

Develop industry partnerships 

•Cross functional collaboration with Experiential Program Managers, General Managers and other key business 

•Coordinates vendor relationships with local leaders 



MUST HAVES:

-  Bachelor's degree 

-  3-5 years F&B experience & leadership experience

-  Ability to organize, set priorities and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines

-  Ability to hold cross-functional partners and peers accountable

-  Has the ability to manage, motivate and develop people through the work

-  Highly motivated, creative, detail oriented, and dependable

-  Open to learn and accessible to all levels of the organization

-  Superb communication skills – verbal and written

-  Ability to multi-task and prioritize project needs with constantly changing priorities

-  Proactive, solution oriented with the proven ability to drive a project through tough timeline constraints
