About this team
You live and breathe the lululemon brand, and are an inspirational leader to the organization. The community team creates word-of-mouth excitement and grows the lululemon collective by sharing our best in the world technical product with key fitness and lifestyle influencers, media, local partners, by creating best-in-class experiences and working with the Brand team to amplify this to the collective. The community team drives the local strategy and builds a plan that comprises broad and deep tactics to accelerate growth and long-term brand love and are best in the world at building relationships, online to offline tactics and delivery of KPI’s.

A day in the life: 
Reporting to the Manager, SEA Brand & Community, the Brand and community Lead creates the SEA Community Foundations strategy, including overseeing and innovating the Local Ambassador Program, bringing our unique Events to life, and drive community connection and brand relevance through New Store Openings. The Brand and Community Lead executes engaging and innovative community tactics to raise brand awareness, acquire and retain guests.
  • Build out and oversee South East Asia Ambassador program strategy and operations taking into account the South East Asia business objectives and Global Ambassador & Sports Marketing framework
  • Develop pipeline and collaborate with cities and local community to identify top talent in market. Maintain successful brand relationships with Ambassadors, Athletes and KOLs. Support contract negotiation and fulfilment, onboarding, continuous relationship management, marketing & amplification tactics.
  • Support creation and execution of events & brand partnerships around key brand moments
  • Support market growth and category expansion as well as successful new-store openings by creating sustainable and strategic community plans in partnership with the Regional Managers, Store Managers and New Store opening team
  • Coach stores and Community Foundation Lead, in partnership with retail teams, to deliver effective marketing to build long-term brand equity and accomplish Brand & Community objectives
  • Work closely with Brand, Digital & PR to integrate talent into brand campaigns, experiences, internal moments
  • Research and stay up to date on the wellness, sport and influencer landscape and implement opportunities to innovate within your strategy
  • Manage strategic materials, budgets, reporting tools and monito key metrics

  • Relevant experience within marketing, brand or Community Building
  • Successful experience and proven ability to work well with others across the business in a matrix environment
  • Capacity to work effectively with a wide range of people, build relationships, be diplomatic, and exhibit sensitivity to and understanding of the dynamics of a complex organization
  • Effective written and communication skills (Thai and English)
  • Ability to balance fun, innovation and bottom line business needs
  • Sports marketing or influencer marketing experience is a plus
