A DAY IN THE LIFE

·       Collaborate with the finance team to maintain and develop store financial processes, ensure the store follows SOP and financial standards, and completes daily financial tasks efficiently.

·       Partner with cross-functional teams and hold the peers accountable for retail friendly plans and executions.

·       Work with FP&A team, assisting the store in managing expenses, including suppliers, cleaning service, packaging, etc.

·       Monitor store P&L and profit margin, identify areas for improvement, collaborate and communicate with the retail team to fully understand and plan expenses.

·       Research and find opportunities to reduce expenses and increase efficiency of retail operations, such as negotiating with suppliers about price, quality of service.

·       Manager store suppliers and place orders, sourcing suppliers based on retail need to fully support operational efficiency and guest experience of the store.

·       Being a shining example of well behavior and high performance. Carry out additional projects and duties as required or requested.

·       Develop and maintain Retail related SOP and regularly update it by identifying the insufficiency in operation flow.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       University graduates preferably in business, operations, or related discipline

·       Minimum 2 years of in retail and/or FMCG industry or experience

·       Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally

·       Resourceful and high level of initiative

·       Attention to detail

·       written and oral communications skill in both Mandarin and English

·       Proficient in Windows based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
