About this team
Reporting to the VP, Brand, this person and industry leader will define, develop and manage the execution of brand & community strategy across our business with a focus on innovating established brand/business initiatives and authentically growing our emerging international channels, specific to Korea. Through engaging and innovative online and offline storytelling the Senior Manager will be accountable for inspiring, educating and challenging guests to deliver against brand awareness goals and responsible for support around commercial goals.
A day in the life:
Campaign Development
Build the market brand and community strategy bring to life lululemon’s key differentiator for Korea
Drive brand equity, awareness and segmented activity and product stories in order to accelerate market growth
Co-create regional / market campaigns through effective communication and collaboration.
Lead the development of local campaigns as it relates to RUN / TRAIN / YOGA
Planning & Execution
Lead the integration of campaigns across key marketing channels, social, PR, creative, VM, community in market
Manage cultural nuances in the product calendar and campaigns as it relates to Korea
Closely partner with e-commerce and store team to drive traffic and guest engagement to support our growth
Go to Market Integration & Performance Mindset
Lead and support store managers by coaching the store in how to create community with market influencers and identifying key relationships
Lead and support within SSC (Store Support Centre) team as a key leader in Korea how to promote and enhance lululemon culture and create environment when team has strong willingness to work together cross-functionally
Qualifications:
University degree in business, marketing or communications
15 years of experience within a Brand marketing function
Experience in managing complex teams with demonstrated leadership capability
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading cross cultural & regional nuances
