FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. core responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to SLT and VP+ in Technology, Brand, Product, Legal, and P&C teams, providing financial guidance and strategic insight 
  • Responsible for partnering with corporate functions in all FP&A activities around budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, decision support, long range planning. 
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and resource allocation.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and support execution of cost-saving initiatives.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A process, tools and reporting. 


qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience with a fast-paced business
  • Prior experience leading and developing a high-performance team 
  • Retail industry experience is preferred
  • Proven ability to proactively plan and prioritize tasks for team in a time sensitive manner
  • Effective communication skills and ability to distill complex information in a clear and concise manner 
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality
  • MBR or CPA

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400 to 206,600 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
