Global Brand Operations leads and ignites the Operational engine of the Global Brand Function. a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Direct the vision and strategy, creation and execution of Global Brand production and project management (Brand PMO). Global brand creative delivery process, global & regional ways of working, production services, agency management as part of initiative delivery. 
  • Development, implementation and oversight of Project Management & Production department workflows & processes 
  • Direct & develop a team of high performing individuals across the Project Management & Production functions 
  • Support CMO, SVP Brand Creative & SVP Brand Experience in bringing creative vision to life and championing through project delivery & production services 
  • Responsible for ensuring that initiatives (calendar and departmental priorities) are executed both internally and externally are delivered on time and on budget
  • Lead and develop team, direct and define ongoing growth, workforce planning and pipeline across the functions within the team 
  • Partner with VP Global Brand Operations, in creating & embedding a new transformative Brand / Marketing Operating Model, specifically supporting in the area of GTM operations and initiative delivery around the globe 
  • Consult on systems & tools strategy to support efficient & effective global brand delivery 
  • Maintain a constant view of all work in flight across Global Brand Marketing, provide visibility to executive leadership in the form of bi-weekly reporting 
  • Strategically plan work upstream for future projects and initiatives, pivot as required downstream to support business needs 
  • In partnership with FP&A, manage ongoing budget process and monthly / quarterly reporting against various departmental budgets 
  • Provide leadership through the transition & future planning of large scale, full funnel media campaign execution

  • 10+ years agency / in-house global brand experience (combination is preferred) 
  • 10+ years experience in a people management role 
  • Experience managing large budgets ($10M+) and delivering large global initiatives with full funnel media executions
  • Experience working with global production partners and agencies
  • Undergraduate degree
