a day in the life: what you’ll do
As the Ecommerce Campaign Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the monthly and quarterly campaigns contributing to the financial growth and success of the NA Ecommerce business. The primary focus on this role will be the execution and ongoing maintenance of all NA ecommerce campaigns. Work will be highly collaborative, with cross functional partners including Marketing, Ecommerce Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Creative, Technology, and Analytics. This role requires a passion for all thing digital with a comprehensive understanding of the ecommerce marketplace. This includes macro trends, major relevant players, and industry best practices. 

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns and expanding range of content on the North America website and App, driving engaged visits and increasing in conversion.
  • Partner with the ecommerce category team, UX, digital optimization, creative, and digital marketing teams in the creation, planning, and execution of ecommerce campaign strategies.
  • Ensure the site and app appropriately communicates key messages and aligns with campaign briefs.
  • Work with brand partners and content operations to identify and collect assets, manage process flow, and implement campaigns.
  • Leverage data to understand consumer interaction with site and marketing content, communicating to internal stakeholders on active campaigns, and providing optimizations and enhancement opportunities.
  • Contribute to campaign process development and documentation.
  • Regularly review competitive landscape for features and trends as they relate to best practices for online content + merchandising. 
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) on live site content including: Assets, link testing, product stock outs, image accuracy, text accuracy, UX.

  • 3-5 years in ecommerce marketing or merchandising role.
  • Visual or website merchandising experience.
  • Experience with large SKU counts, complex and diverse assortments, or vertical retail.
  • Strong understanding and comfort with analytics and financial analysis.
  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications would be an asset.
