About this team:
• The Guest Support Business Analyst is responsible for strategic initiative, people, and operational performance analysis of Guest
Support teams.
• Working with large amounts of financial, employee, and operational data from multiple data sources, this role turns complex statistical observations into succinct and clear messaging for Guest Support senior leadership and cross functional partners.
A day in the life:
• Analyze & provide actionable insights on Guest Support employee performance to varying levels of leadership
• Creates presentations, business commentary, and dashboards for Guest Support partners
• Performs modeling/simulations, sensitivity analysis, hypothesis creation and testing
• Consults on data warehouse integrations and collaborate with technical reporting cross functional partners
• Share trends, identify gaps, and make recommendations for Guest Support operations and strategic initiatives through analyzing and storytelling of data
• Collaborate with cross functional partners on high impact intake requests to identify reporting solutions and providing insights
Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in analytics focused role
• Expert level Power BI user
• Strong experience or education in SQL and Python
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or contact centre CRM an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience with data modeling principles and best practices
• Proven ability to form clear business requirements for ambiguous business questions
• Skilled at turning complex analysis into simple conclusions and recommendations for executive leadership

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000-$86,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
