About this team
The team is responsible to lead all initiatives and technology capabilities that optimize guest loyalty and retention across both online and offline channel. Our team develops cross channel connected guest journeys and leverage data to advise on marketing programs that influence consumer behavior at key points in the guest journey and positively impact success KPI’S. We will be looking after all markets across APAC.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing email & sms communications, assisting on specific projects that will require experience with CRM marketing communications, including email, SMS & more channels in the future. You will work alongside the Brand & Community & ecommerce team to design & get content alignment. 


A day in the life: 
  • Manage end-to-end email & SMS campaigns, including content creation, asset coordination, QA, scheduling, and report generation. 
  • Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals. Ensure optimization of email journey by campaigns and customer segments 
  • Manage and execute email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Use customer data such as web-behavior to drive the message and content personalization.
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements. Testing includes subject lines, message content, CTAs, customer cohorts, and segments, send time, and new features intended to drive performance lift.
  • Work in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimize email creative and template structure based on best practices.
  • Support the Email Marketing Team for database cleansing and re-engagement tasks.
  • Make recommendations for tailored email templates.
  • Support CRM daily operation & CRM initiated projects.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in email marketing and preferably with CRM exposure 
  • Have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices for optimized conversions by different segment groups and create effective email journey
  • Can create dynamic emails for targeted emails
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, ampscript, and sql is plus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). Plus to have Korean or Japanese proficiency
