about this team
Retail Optimization supports North America stores to operate with ease and efficiency to drive growth.  In-Store Experience designs and leads our store guest experience, including store service models, floor leadership strategy, retail scheduling, and driving retail performance through initiatives and programs.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
The In-Store Experience Program Lead delivers projects and programming to support seamless operations and ‘Wow, It’s You!’ guest experience in NAM retail stores.
  • Create and manage implementation, delivery, communication and support plans for in-store experience programs and retail partners that impact stores
  • Manage store experience and drive operations excellence through coaching store teams on productivity and experience 
  • Identify operational performance gaps and bottlenecks in store operations; create cross-functional solutions to manage and close 
  • Produce strategies and tactics to manage always-on and initiative project streams across in-store experience programming
  • Produce templates, timelines, presentations, and visual tools for projects and internal team governance 
  • Produce and manage in-store experience functional content across all platforms and channels including communication plans for store facing initiatives
  • Develop retail operations engagement and pipeline across North America across stores through managing pilots, training, coaching and mentorship

qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business operations or equivalent experience
  • Project Management certification or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in retail operations or internal/employee communications
  • Proficient in MS Powerpoint, Sharepoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator; experience facilitating meetings and training sessions for audiences of 500+
  • Proven cross-functional collaborator with experience delivering behavior change to end users

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - $107,000 CADannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:  In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
