a day in the life: what you’ll do
Responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. Lead solution design impacting multiple teams' backlogs. Define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. Responsible for guiding the design and implementation of technical strategies that support every aspect of our business. Assess projects technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. Work with other architects and functional leaders to ensure that all designs are clear for execution. Act as a key technical leader, driving alignment and clarity across stakeholder groups. Provide architecture delivery support across teams within your delivery unit and actively drive solution alignment between Architects, Sr Architects, Sr. Software Engineers, Lead Engineers, Program & Project Managers, and Product, Business & Engineering leadership. Act as solution design lead for projects and initiatives that requires cross-team collaboration spanning an entire Director+ level organization. Delegate tasks to Architects, Sr. Architects, Software Engineers, and Sr. Software Engineers. Focus on working through others to achieve delivery goals and drive successful business outcomes. Represent architectural perspectives and needs during cross-functional roadmap development. Seek and drive alignment with multiple Product Managers or primary Business stakeholders. Ensure that product/business solutions align to organizational technology strategy.
Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days/week.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
qualifications
Must have a Bachelors in Information Technology or a related field plus 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions on cloud-based architectures or a combination of cloud and on-prem.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $185.000,00 - $205,000.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
