We fuel business success by connecting consumers to our purpose, values and personality in every campaign and aim to be a recognised authority on both physical and mental fitness. We make the technical performance of our products famous and drive awareness, consideration, preference, and overall demand for lululemon in region.

The Brand team is divided into three departments: Creative, Content and Strategy. This role sits within the Creative team and reports into the Art Director.

about this role

This job is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing and evolving team who aim to drive the lululemon brand experience forward. As Junior Designer you’ll support the design team in creative for all lululemon channels, but predominantly digital. A keen eye for detail is essential, as is fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Invision.


  • Deliver consistent and considered creative for a variety of outputs, including website components, customer emails, paid social adverts, organic social posts, PR look books, and in-store graphics
  • Optimise content for performance across different mediums, and maintain lululemon’s design aesthetic across a variety of resolutions/ dimensions
  • Support the design team in meeting deadlines with efficiency, whilst always maintaining high standards
  • Forge strong cross-functional relationships for a thorough understanding of creative requirements
  • Act as a brand guardian; consciously maintaining lululemon’s visual language


skills & qualifications

  • 2 years+ of relevant agency and/ or in-house experience working on premium, cutting-edge influential brands
  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong 360 design skills and experience creating engaging assets across multiple mediums and platforms
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Invision
  • After effects and video editing skills an advantage
  • Experience working with a project management tool; Jira an advantage
  • Experience working with CRM solutions; Salesforce an advantage
  • Degree level education preferred but not essential
