The Loyalty team is responsible for the strategy and end to end ownership and delivery of unique loyalty strategies and programs to drive guest connection, retention and growth. The team is fast paced and agile to get things done quickly while putting guest experience first

 

The Manager, Membership Benefits, reports into the Senior Manager, Benefits and Operations and is responsible for bringing Membership benefits to life as well as the on-going management and evolution of them in close collaboration with our Loyalty strategy team and a complex set of cross functional partners.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Responsible for the overall successful delivery of Membership benefits with a maniacal focus on the guest experience. 
  • Accountable for the successful execution and operationalization of benefits, which includes project management, driving work through multiple cross-functional partners, identifying risks and mitigation plans and gaining alignment and approval up to the senior leadership level.
  • Support the development of benefit strategies; continuously identify opportunities to enhance our portfolio of benefits to better meet the needs of our members and our business.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on benefit KPI’s in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring that benefit and overall membership goals are being met.
  • Collaborate with partners including but not limited to Merchandising, Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, Guest Support, Product, Technology, UX and Legal.
  • Lead and grow a high preforming team driven to execute world-class guest experiences and benefits.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership aligned to evolving our Membership Program and adding value to our member experience.

 

qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 5+ years in retail and/or Loyalty experience an asset
  • 5+ years project/program management experience an asset
  • 3+ years leading a high-performance team, coaching, mentoring and developing in a highly dynamic workstream an asset
  • Experience preparing presentation materials and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading highly complex projects, managing cross-functional partners and driving work forward through others
  • Embrace change, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and knowing when to escalate and seek guidance
  • Direct experience using core business office tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, Smartsheet

Compensation and Benefits Package  

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500- $141,100 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program & subject to program eligibility requirements.
