about this team
Strategic Sales creates word of mouth and builds brand awareness by sharing our best in the world technical product with key athletic influencers around the world. We build win-win relationships with studios and athletic teams to create conversation about our product and ultimately drive guests to our vertical channels. Today the Strategic Sales Department operates five Programs – Independents, Key Accounts, Team Program, Corporate and Campus. This role would focus on primarily supporting our Campus Program.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
· Leads end-to-end projects for the Campus Program and identifies opportunities to streamline, evolve and manage risk accordingly
· Develops systems and processes to drive continuous improvements in workflow and execution of deliverables
· Creates, implements, and continuously improves processes for order processing, PO’s & Stickering
· Responsible for ensuring Operators have submitted the correct information for hangtags
· Supports in the preparation and execution of Partner Pre-Buys and Sell-in meetings, including but not limited to creating order forms
· Drafts and / or gives input into Campus Partner communication ensuring operations are captured
· Supports with the onboarding of new schools and operators
· Develops and maintains key partnerships with cross-functional partners
· Responsible for creating a culture that celebrates diversity, is committed to equity, and empowers us to hold each other accountable for always practicing inclusive behaviors
· Supports in crafting and delivering urgent solutions when issues impact campus operations
· Willing to travel to accomplish work, as needed and as requested
· Special projects as requested by leadership
