· Responsible for ensuring a premium guest experience at the Fuel Café as well as on the retail floor, when needed
· Building strong relationships with guests, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment
· Working with the other team members in welcoming, interacting and engaging guests in order to determine their interests and meet their fueling needs
· Educating guests about the Fuel menu options
· Prepare customized orders to include but not limited to: espresso, cappuccino, latte, decaf espresso, smoothies
· Set up & break down of coffee station
· Maintaining and cleaning coffee station
· Performing daily shift side work, opening duties, and closing duties, as assigned by the Fuel Manager
· Cleans and stocks coffee station throughout service
· Follow cleaning schedule as designated by the Café General Manager, maintain highest quality of areas at all times
· Follows the Café’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
· Maintaining inventory
· Attend monthly team meetings
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $19.00- $21.86/hour subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional $2 per hour, subject to certain requirements and the Company’s discretion, bringing the total target compensation range between $21.00- $23.86/ hour.
