Across lululemon, teams use samples as part of brand asset creation, and as tools to support making informed business decisions. The Sample Operations Team makes this possible by managing the critical steps in the lifecycle of the sampling process, from ordering to exiting.



a day in the life: what you’ll do:

The Sample Operations Specialist is responsible for successful operations, optimization and efficiency of the global Internal Use Product (IUP) program.



key responsibilities:

· Works with cross-functional partners to coordinate and support the flow of data and other requirements for sample buys, in a timely, efficient and accurate manner

· Partners with the business to create efficiencies in the sample buy process

· Manages and tracks samples ordered through the sample process

· Ensures the efficiency and accuracy of data or other materials being sent and received

· Facilitates communication between the LLO partners and sample ordering partners throughout the lifecycle of a sample order

· Creates solutions to challenges that may arise regarding sample processes

· Supports with other sample operations business as needs arise



qualifications

· Proactive mindset and passion for process improvement and problem-solving

· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· 3-5 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in an apparel field

· Knowledge of the apparel production process is considered an asset

· Technical knowledge of Microsoft Suite, focusing on Power BI and Excel

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000 - $86,600annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
