About this team
The North America Digital Marketing team is focused on driving incremental omni growth and guest acquisition. This role leads a critical function within this – leading a team of Influencer marketers who run Influencer activations and campaigns for lululemon to reach new and existing guests among networks, creator platforms, and the lululemon Creator Network-- our in-house multi-tier influencer program that includes an expansive network of micro & macro-influencers and content creators.
A day in the life: 
The Manager, Influencer Marketing will lead and evolve the strategy and execution of North America’s influencer marketing programs. You will drive the expansion of our program, and partner with our global and cross-divisional peers to improve how we show-up and perform as a best in-class influencer marketing program across all social platforms and channels.

  • Sets vision, owns end-to-end channel strategy and innovation efforts to ensure lululemon is an authority in influencer marketing.
  • Establish goals for maximizing our brand reach & growing share of voice across platforms, balancing this against the quality of content and impact on the customer.
  • Grow the influencer marketing program into a key brand & business driver, with measurable impact across reach & impressions as well as traffic & sales goals.
  • Lead the team to maintain a constant level of optimization through performance analysis, understanding trends, finding opportunities, and forecasting future performance, present results to broader teams and leadership.
  • Proactively identify emerging, impactful opportunities with new and existing partners and platforms to unlock program growth.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends regarding new partners, tactics, tools, and competitor trends.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience leading Influencer marketing strategy and campaign execution for an Influencer network, agency, or retail brand.
  • 2+ years of direct supervisory people management experience.
  • Understanding and awareness of current and emerging social media platforms & influencer trends.
  • Experience with Influencer and social management tools.
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills to work with numerous internal/external resources and departments to reach objectives.
  • Proven experience working for iconic brands that have created disruption in their respective industries.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a history of solving unique problems with broad, inter-connected impact on the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage through influence and drive work through others.
  • Proven balance between creative and analytical skillsets, with demonstrable attention to detail.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
