about this team + role
The Team Program Account Manager, Arena and Team Projects purpose is to grow our wholesale business by cultivating relationships within the top Arena buyers and operators, by growing large scale Team based partnerships, and acquiring and retaining guests for lululemon. They will collaborate with Area Partners to provide training on product education, increase sell-through, elevate the guest experience, and increase the brand presence in Arena locations.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
- You will be the first point of contact for select Arenas across North America, while also leading large scale partnerships in the world of Teams and Sports
- Work cross-functionally to deliver strategies across guest experience, training, arena brand experience, educator experience, and Marketing
- You work in close collaboration with the Senior Manager, Team Program, Director, Strategic Sales and Senior Retail Directors to help shape the long-range Arena Roadmap and Strategy
- You identify and develop new potential Team and Sports partnerships, while managing and elevating partner performance in your existing portfolio
- You will work cross functionally with Community, Sports Marketing, Product, and more, on experiences and activations within your portfolio
- Through reporting and data analysis you develop Arena specific initiatives with your cross functional partners driving a healthy comp business across partners
- You work cross-functionally with our Product leaders to collaborate on the ideal assortment throughout both the seasonal and planned buy process. Responsible for communicating product trends to our product team and influencing the assortment
- You lead market planning conversations with cross-functional partners to support driving traffic back to lululemon channels in new and existing markets
- You are a great coach and consistently support your accounts with their requests and provide insights around orders, inventory management, and brand experiences
- You monitor the in-season ordering process and support in any partner-facing communication
- You confidently track your sales to report on business trends and escalate any opportunities or concerns
- You provide onboarding with the right tools and training, including product education, VM, brand, social media best practices
- You manage our brand integrity including pricing policy, buy process, media content, studio presence and A/R status, including all terms in the lululemon partnership agreement
- You are comfortable representing the lululemon brand through presentations, sweat dates and meetings with current and future partners
- Travel in the US and Canada 6-8 days per month
qualifications
- 6+ years related work experience in related workforce - sales, account management, retail leadership
- Account Management experience is preferred
- Experience within the world of Sports and Team sales required
- Passion for technical, high performing product
- Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, thrives in a fast-paced environment creating from net new
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
