Strategic Sales creates authentic and exciting retail touchpoints across North America that ignite positive guest experiences and create a lasting brand impact beyond our vertical channels. We partner with accounts to amplify lululemon’s reach by growing meaningful relationships and showcasing our transformative product in the most authentic, connected, and engaging spaces in the industry. 

 

a day in the life: what you’ll do 

  • Co-create the strategy for the Key Accounts program and ensure it ladders up to overall NA organizational priorities and strategy
  • Execute on the aligned strategy and revenue targets
  • Responsible for the revenue and sell through of product through their program
  • Responsible for the development and performance of a team
  • Leads the strategy and execution for portfolio and responsible for ongoing innovation and growth of the program
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to Account Managers
  • Works cross functionally with multiple teams across the organization (including retail) to ensure their priorities and strategy align with the overall company's strategy: Retail, Brand & Product
  • Responsible for the selection, onboarding, and ongoing development of direct reports
  • Partner closely with the Director, Sales Leadership and Merchandising to track progress, mitigate risk and identify growth opportunities within current portfolio and seeking new Key Accounts.
  • Provide insights that influence long-range planning and account prioritization 
  • Partner with Sr. Retail Directors to determine and support long term real estate plan + strategy
  • Oversees all aspects of the operational performance, delivering on financial KPI’s
  • Responsible for guest acquisition, retention and driving traffic to owed vertical channel


qualifications

  • 3+ years people management experience required
  • 8+ year experience in relationship management, business management, sales, or related field
  • Need to be based in Los Angeles or New York City.
  • Ability to travel and be in market 6-8 days a month
  • Post-secondary education required

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100 - $176,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
