about this team
The North America Digital Marketing is responsible for all paid marketing, email marketing, CRM product management, CRM and AI. This includes marketing for non-lululemon guests as well as retention marketing for existing guests. 

a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Responsible for the development of world class advertising campaigns to support the enterprise
  • Lead media strategy design through to implementation on holistic full funnel campaigns (offline & online)
  • Leverage marketing insights to iterate on media campaign strategies/channel mix and ensure guest attraction and retention
  • Manage external vendors relative to offline media buying and full funnel media mix strategy
  • The global point of contact for the Media Agency of Record (AOR) for the Global Brand Campaigns; also involved in regional agency support to adhere to Global Brief
  • Will work across internal partners in the Global and Regional Brand Teams, Digital Marketing, eCommerce and retail to deliver the media portion of Global Brand Campaigns
  • Will work with the Creative agency to ensure that channel deliverables are understood and best practices are delivered into
  • Will deliver performance scorecards and campaign measurement for Global Brand Campaigns, in partnership with internal Guest Analytics and External Measurement Partners
  • Coordinate across the enterprise and be point of contact for SLT and regions relative to full funnel media mix and long term mix strategy
  • Working across traditional and digital media - bringing an expertise in traditional media and being able to powerfully speak to it's effectiveness up to the senior leadership level

  • 8-12 years of experience planning and buying media across TV, OOH, Print + Digital in both agency and in-house capacity
  • Traditional media experience and expertise preferred
  • Proven track record of managing complex budgeting and partnering with finance
  • Experience managing multiple 3rd party media agencies with the client lens
  • Strong knowledge of channel specific optimizations for creative (e.g., best practice for 15s, etc.)
  • Experience working cross-functionally internally and externally
  • Bachelor’s degree
