Quality is at the heart of who we are. The Product Integrity Systems team’s key objective is to design and operate the global product integrity system to maximize the product’s value to the guest while minimizing risk to the brand. They serve as the global Centre of policy, data, document management, and internal audit to all PI teams.
a day in the life
The Senior Analyst is an exceptional analytical thinker who can solve complex business problems and communicate findings effectively to executive audience using best-in-class analytics tools. They are a strategic storyteller, critical thinker, tech-savvy innovator, entrepreneur, and purpose-driven leader who thrive in ambiguity and enjoys working in team environments. This individual will be part of an analytics team supporting Product Integrity and partnering with technology, product management, e-commerce, retail, and all product and supply chain functions from design and development to sourcing, fulfillment, merchandising, planning, and allocation. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for executive-level deliverables, developing analysis methodologies, producing advanced data models, communicating operational metrics to stakeholders, representing business requirements to technology and product management, and conducting user acceptance testing accordingly. Partnering with the same colleagues, the Senior Analyst will champion best practices around data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Produce executive-level reporting gleaning insights and telling a compelling post-launch product story through data that fits the audience
- Supports end to end strategy and delivery for lululemon’s Product Voice of Guest (PVOG) program capturing feedback across all internal and external channels and creating valuable insights to inform all areas of the business and collaborating with internal stakeholders on execution
- Conduct research and performs various analyses to drive data-driven insights for Product and Global Product Integrity milestones and key analytics projects such as self-service reporting tools
- Bring analytics/BI best practices for reporting and data governance within Global Product Integrity
- Supporting in building business cases for strategic initiatives and special projects as part of OPP such as program creation, operational support, and maintenance
- Owning business requirements representing Product Integrity to technology and product management, conduct testing and provide UAT notes
- Investigate any data integrity issues within Global Product Integrity reporting ecosystem
- Implement data accuracy strategy including data validation, cross-checking with other sources, and error detection tools
qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and/or build complex reporting solutions
- Minimum of 5-year experience in data analytics and reporting – retail or supply chain background preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, database management and structures, data modeling; experience with Smartsheet
- Excellent communication, spelling and grammatical attention to detail both written and verbal with external and internal stakeholders across all levels with a proven ability to work under pressure
- Effectively determine type of data visualization tailored to audience needs when sharing findings to leadership
- Loves problem-solving, strong eye for detail while still being able to see the bigger picture, and proficient with systems-thinking and able to articulate them to various groups by across the company
- Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and the judgment to know when to seek guidance

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $96,800-127,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
