Senior Manager, Brand & Community (Footwear)
This role reports to the Director, Brand & Community. The Brand & Community team is a core function of the Brand Marketing organization, with a sharp focus on elevating an inspired understanding of the brand and product stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon across multiple platforms. Develops and executes lululemon business, brand and category priorities in China, crafting brand storytelling and experience initiatives to deliver against the lululemon’s purpose and the long-range business and brand goals. This role will specifically focus on Footwear as a brand new category for lululemon.

What you’ll do:
- Responsible for the launch and go-to-market the footwear category and roll out in China
- Be the in-market expert and go-to for Footwear, working cross-functionality with all internal stakeholders to deliver on a comprehensive launch strategy that will create cut through in this hyper-busy and hyper- competitive category space
- Formulate an integrated plan with a clear roadmap to deliver on winning over our current guests and runners as our primary target audience and lay the foundation needed to scale over time
- Cross-functional work includes working with Creative, Digital & Social Media, Events, Brand & Community, CRM, E-commerce and Retail
- Review the overall budget for footwear and supervise the delivery process and track the effectiveness and evaluation
- Responsible for delivering the brand experiences, tools and in store communications to launch, grow, and sustain the footwear category for lululemon throughout the guest journey in our stores. - Bring a strong understanding of presenting, servicing and storytelling footwear across all channels (physical/ virtual, social and virtual), including bringing to life this category in our stores, from the window to the footwear wall and also within China’s unique digital and social ecosystem, leveraging new media capabilities like social commerce, livestream etc.
- Bring and bring an expertise of the front of house and back of house service journeys and design requirements needed to support.
- You will partner with the Global Brand Experience team to concept, develop, and deliver innovative fitting, try-on, and trial experiences, innovating the footwear service experience
- Lead the delivery of the Global Brand Experience Footwear Playbook to guide consistent presentation and experience across the regions, allowing for regionalization and localization as needed.
- Partner with the regional teams across North America, EMEA, and China, guiding the development of brand and product storytelling across the global fleet of 300 footwear stores.
