What you’ll do
You are a relationship & influencer marketing expert who will craft and develop the lululemon China Ambassador & Partnership Program. You will work with the Global team and also cross-functionally within China to scope and deliver the framework and structure to realise our ambassador program ambition, creating a platform that will allow us to integrate our collective in a meaningful way.
You will also support the growth an evolution of the regional ambassador programs and offer solutions and access for cross functional partners to animate this community.
You believe that relationships are foundational to the lululemon brand; our ambassadors’ exceptional contribution to their communities and commitment to developing leaders in the world authentically delivers the brand ethos and product efficacy on a daily basis.
You report to the Senior Manager of Ambassador Program & Partnership China, and you will work closely with our local ambassadors and our communities, brand, product, PR, Digital, and area leads to grow the impact of our athlete and ambassador programs both internally, and externally to our partners and to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the strategy and foundation of the China ambassador and partnership program.
· Identify opportunities for program growth both internally and externally and responsible for executing the program initiatives accordingly.
· Responsible for the creation of marketing plan templates, measurement, and quarterly reporting.
· Track and manage the overall program budget, which includes forecasting and planning for the future.
The Fine Print
· Bachelors degree in marketing or business related field. 8 years of experience developing and leading athlete or influencer strategy for a global brand (3 years+ rooted in retail field or 3 years experience working with KPI measurement and reporting tools – earned and owned is a plus).
· Proven ability to form strategic partnerships, build interpersonal relationships, and respect cultural diversity; ability to be inclusive, collaborative, respectful and support broad organizational interests.
· A digital native and fluent in the fast evolving digital and social ecosystem in China.
· Good planning and budget management capability.
· Excellent English skills both verbal and written.
· Excellent communication skills, Ms Office suite.
· Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment.
· Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Highly detailed oriented with rich project management experience.
· Sensitive to market trends. Strong network in the fields of sports, fitness and athlete industries.
· Organized, responsible and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment.
· Data analytical mindset. Solid reporting capability on analytics & KPI delivery.
· Passion for lululemon ambassador and partnership programs.
· Experienced in sports, athlete and influencer marketing.
· Experienced in digital marketing, content strategy and storytelling.
· Believe in relationship building and good team players to collectively achieve goals.
· Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.
