About this role
You live and breathe the lululemon brand, and are an inspirational leader to the organization.  The community team creates word-of-mouth excitement and grows the lululemon collective by sharing our best in the world technical product with key fitness and lifestyle influencers, media, local partners, by creating best-in-class experiences and working with the Brand team to amplify this to the collective. The community team drives the local strategy and builds a plan that comprises broad and deep tactics to accelerate growth and long-term brand love and are best in the world at building relationships, online to offline tactics and delivery of KPI’s.   

A day in the life: 
Reporting to the South East Asia Brand & Community Manager, the SEA Community Lead works cross-functionally with the Brand, , Store Support Centre (head office), Product and Retail Operations partners to build brand awareness and market development to drive the SEA business.
Support market growth and expansion as well as successful new-store openings by creating sustainable and strategic community plans in partnership with the Regional Managers, Store Managers and New Store opening team
Oversee Talent & Ambassador program strategy and operations taking into account the SEA business objectives and Global Ambassador & Sports Marketing framework
Identify, enrol and maintain successful brand relationships with a specific number of Ambassadors, including, but not limited to: contract negotiation and fulfilment, onboarding, continuous relationship management, marketing & amplification tactics.
Work closely with Brand Manager, Social Media & PR to integrate talent into brand campaigns, experiences, internal moments, media events, amplification opportunities and social content. 
Develop individual marketing plans in partnership with ambassadors and relevant cross functional partners
Develop pipeline and collaborate with cities and local community to identify top talent in market.
Coach stores and Community Foundations Specialist, in partnership with retail teams, to deliver effective marketing to build long-term brand equity and accomplish Brand & Community objectives 
Manage strategic materials, budgets, reporting tools and monitor key metrics 
Research and stay up to date on the wellness, sport and influencer landscape and implement opportunities to innovate within your strategy 
Create and execute community events & brand partnerships as needed 

Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in multi-channel marketing & events with a high profile, globally branded organization. (Influencer marketing experience preferred but not essential) 
Program & Relationship Development & Management experience 
Proven ability to effectively creating marketing plans and  working cross-functionally across a complex matrix environment with results.   
Written, presentation and verbal communication skills  (English), Second Language (Mandarin, Thai a plus)
Ability to balance fun, innovation and bottom line business needs
Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
