ABOUT THIS TEAM

We are the Sourcing Department. We manage the relationship with our apparel & accessories vendors & ensure that lululemon has best in the world manufacturers. We work cross-functionally across the entire product team to ensure product meets our business strategy, quality & cost goals. We then work with our vendors to make those products a reality.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Reporting to the Senior Supply Planning Manager, the Supply Planning Lead is responsible for capacity planning, reporting and process reviews for lululemon product lines. This role will contribute to the execution of a sourcing strategy that supports manufacturing business needs.

The Supply Planning Lead will oversee the staging of our core raw materials and ensure core fabric data in the Demand Plan is captured accurately. In addition, the Supply Planning Lead will work with cross-functional teams and Raw Material Vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyzing core fabric capacity against demand plan forecast and seasonal forecast, attend demand planning meetings with cross-functional partners, and prepare core forecasts monthly.

· Highlighting any risk due to forecast variation to cross-functional teams through capacity reports and monthly SCOR meeting.

· Analyzing which fabrics are included in the Core Raw Materials Staging program on a quarterly basis, analyzing core fabric yield analysis by class, and tracking commitments against seasonal forecasts.

· Analyzing the allocation of product by constrained and unconstrained capacity with our global sourcing base.

· Supporting with process improvements and general Supply Planning analysis.

· Communication internally and externally as needed by the Senior Supply Planning Manager and business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years’ experience in production/manufacturing environment preferred.

Strong Analytical skills.

Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerBI.

You are a multi-task master & can handle multiple projects working with a variety of cross-functional partners.
