About this team
Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition department seeks out the people in the world that would add to our values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster the growth of our organization.
Based in Seoul, South Korea. Reports to the Lead, Talent Acquisition APAC.
A day in the life
- Oversees entire retail recruitment cycle processes, including, but not limited to, sourcing, applicant screening, facilitating interviews, advising hiring managers and extending job offers
- An innate connector who loves to build pipelines and deep networks of diverse talent across industries and geographies
- A passionate creator of game-changing candidates experience and fosters a culture of inclusive recruitment practices
- Develop and execute creative (uniquely lululemon), multi-channel opportunities for sourcing passive and active candidates
- Partner closely with Retail leadership and P&C partners on hiring strategies, people movement and pipelining
- Manage local recruitment channels ensuring most effective channels leveraged
- Identify recruitment gaps, set clear structure and provide solutions to store teams with tools, skills and best practices to enhance recruitment structure and experience.
- Be a subject matter expert with Retail Recruitment, create and build the talent pipeline for future organization growth, bring our employer brand awareness to local communities and networks
- Be a part of living into and creating the online and offline employer brand story and support the programs and work of the mobility team during candidate relocation discussions
- Be the innovative, creative, out-of-the-box developer and designer of recruitment strategies, with any other duties and tasks that are assigned
Qualifications:
- Your ideal background: 5 years+ of experience in the Talent Acquisition function with hiring experience in the Retail and/or customer focused industry
- You have a proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods, including direct sourcing, social recruiting and classic techniques and working directly with internal and external stakeholders
- You have experience working with technology tools related to applicant tracking systems, candidate databases and reporting
- You have the courage and accountability to influence and negotiate to support team goals and drive changes
- You speak fluent Korean (and business level English)
