A day in the life
  • Responsible for operational excellence in select programming within NA store opening operations.
  • Responsible for developing ongoing strategy, programming and resources required to support SSC cross-functional teams and stores in completing their projects.
  • Function as the liaison between the SSC and stores, leveraging feedback to improve upon current processes. Responsible for the development and performance of respective team.
  • Responsible for the effective delivery of content re: store opening process to store managers & regional managers.
  • Responsible for the enrolment of area support partners when the need for project support is present – escalation where necessessary.
  • Deliver operational programming for mainline store development project schedule.
  • Elevate/Innovate programming through feedback & experience in projects to remove work from stores and optimize processes.
  • Maintain and adjust programming based on needs of the business.
  • Gain alignment with retail leaders.
  • Identify and mitigate risk in projects.
  • Consult + enroll stakeholders & cross-functional partners in programming.
  • Lead cross functional alignment meetings.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in retail [store manager] management or SSC management experience.
  • 2+ years experience within store opening operations in NA retail.
  • Ability to organize, set priorities, and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
  • Thrives in the work of strategy, alignment, execution, review and evolution.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Program management certification an asset.
