about this team
The Ecommerce Operations teams objectives are web & app creative, product merchandising, project management & execution of business initiatives (i.e. promotions, holiday, campaigns, SW) on site and app, and inventory management. 

a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Responsible for the day-to-day appearance and functionality of lululemon’s digital properties (e.g., website + app) 
  • Deliver weekly production tasks associated with merchandising products and assets on the website – including attribution, product and category creation and maintenance, etc. 
  • Manage Microsoft Excel, ATG’s Business Control Centre, Adobe CQ CMS and Endeca Experience Manager to create beautiful digital experiences 
  • Coordinate with ecommerce operations leadership in prioritization and implementation of new and enhanced website functionality
  • Support product, brand, community, and digital content partners to solve and execute on content needs Evaluate and meet the content deployment needs of website section owners
  • Perform ongoing analysis of current processes to provide opportunities for efficiencies around merchandising activities
  • Support with training cross-functional partners on weekly product drop process
  • Coordinate with product inventory team on inactive & sibling style inventory
  • Advise product management teams on current processes for net new feature delivery on web and app 

qualifications
  • 1-2 years’ experience in retail operations; eCommerce-based experience preferred 
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with fast-paced operational model
  • Ability to learn and understand complex technical systems 
  • Business related undergraduate degree preferred 
  • eCommerce related coursework preferred
