about this team
The global social analytics specialist will be responsible for delivering regular social listening reports and analytics. The person will sit on the global social and content team and work closely with regional and cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver actionable insights and reports. The ideal candidate has experience using social listening tools and a pulse on the latest social platform trends.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Help establish our social media analytics and intelligence program globally, building templates and processes.
  • In collaboration with internal and external partners deliver quarterly global social media reports and campaign-specific reporting.
  • Deliver proactive and reactive social listening to share insight and analytics related to issues and trends.
  • Provide regional teams with guidance and support to tap into social listening and insights.
  • Manage and oversee our social media management tool, as well as identify additional tools to help further improve our social analytics
  • Tracking competitor social activity and sharing learnings and insights back with cross functional partners.
  • Provide operational support to the global social team as needed.

  • 2 to 4 years professional experience in social listening, digital analytics, or digital marketing
  • Working knowledge and hands-on experience with social listening and reporting tools, specifically Sprinklr as well as other tools such as Brandwatch, Netbase and TalkWalker
  • Experience writing Boolean logic and query-based searches
  • Experience creating reports and visualizations in PowerPoint and Excel
