about this role

Within the Digital team, the E-Commerce function is responsible for creating and executing strategies that deliver a world-class experience for guests on our European websites across 3 languages and multiple currencies. Your role is to partner with the Brand, Product and E-commerce Team to identify, manage campaigns and expand the range of online content (including Community) to drive engaged visits across the EMEA websites. You will brief on-site journeys and liaise with key stakeholders and content operations to collect assets, manage process flow, and implement campaign.

a day in the life

  • Accountable for creating and maintaining the EMEA E-commerce campaign calendar; receiving inputs from stakeholders and peers
  • Identify key trading dates and opportunities by market
  • Identify key buys, product and brand moments and align on campaigns to pursue
  • Partners with Brand & Community team to identify further story-telling opportunities and align on EMEA wide campaigns
  • Identifies nuances by market and evaluate the campaigns
  • Conducts quality assurance on live site content including assets, link testing, product stock, image accuracy, text accuracy, UX
  • Assist in site marketing & campaign process development and documentation
  • Regularly reviews competitive landscape for features and trends as they relate to best practices for online content + merchandising

skill set

  • Strong experience in e-commerce or related spaces having worked with salesforce or equivalent
  • E-commerce campaign or storytelling background preferable
  • Solid understanding of reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of guest journeys and capabilities of e-commerce platform
  • Strong stakeholder management to coordinate across functions for execution of campaigns
