The Digital Team is at the forefront of establishing lululemon across APAC. We aim to provide a world class digital experience online for our guests (across all platforms), helping to inspire and enable them to live a life they love through rich content, amazing experiences, and great product. Reporting directly to the Asia Ecommerce Manager based in Hong Kong, the Ecommerce Campaign Specialist plays a vital role in elevating the online guest journey and driving conversion by managing content and product presentation on the .JP brand site. This role will be based in our Tokyo office and will work in close collaboration with the Japan Ecommerce Lead to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, content planning, and performance optimization.


Summary of the role

Priority:

  • Plan and execute content for the .JP brand site in alignment with business needs.
  • Analyze .JP brand sales performance, considering product sales, website metrics, and local trends, and take appropriate actions.


Key:

  • Work efficiently with cross-functional partners locally 

Skills:

  • Must have – strong marketing sense to provide insights and suggestions on content creation
  • Plus – Basic or intermediate Analytical skills using Power BI and/or Adobe Analytics / GA4

A day in the life 

Content and Experience Planning:

  • Maintain and update the Japan ecommerce campaign calendar for weekly website content update and key campaigns with inputs from the Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Lead and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning on-site content refreshes, including weekly updates and key campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Support the execution of content strategies that enhance user experience and drive traffic and conversions.


Weekly Website Content Update:

  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters to develop visual assets and translated copies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in implementing visual merchandising strategies in collaboration with the Asia digital operations team.
  • Upload and QA site content, ensuring accuracy of assets, links, product availability, and overall user experience.


Reporting and Market Research:

  • Produce reports with actionable recommendations based on sales data, site metrics, market trends and other related data to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth. Reports will be generated weekly or as requested.


Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken).
  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce or related fields; experience in an advertising agency or web design agency (Digital Marketing) is also welcome.
  • Background in e-commerce campaigns, website merchandising and experience with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
