a day in the life:  
reporting to the Director Health & Wealth International, with a dotted line to our VP, Health & Wealth and Organization Planning, this role is responsible for Operations (the strategic integration and planning processes across the Health & Wealth department) and will also focus on our health and wealth programs and policies outside of North America.  

  • Facilitates the development of our multi-year roadmap and operating calendar; supporting our leaders to determine annual priorities, plans, and associated budgets and reviewing these regularly 
  • Leads the Health & Wealth team through our annual budgeting process; and owns operational budget tracking and management throughout the year  
  • Responsible for other responsibilities that span across Health & Wealth and Org Planning, such as organizing department meetings, managing headcount, employee engagement and talent processes 
  • Supports the organization’s international markets across EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and China by partnering with regional health & wealth leaders to prepare analysis and projects to support business priorities and growth  
  • flexibly works within the compensation and benefits portfolios across our regional teams; creates a holistic view of our health and wealth programs outside of north America 
  • Supports the director health & wealth international, and regional Health and Wealth leaders, to advance our health & wealth (including mobility) strategies, programs, and policies outside of North America ensuring global alignment with local relevance as needed  
  • 8+ years of experience working in Human Resources, or a related field, ideally in a multi-national environment
  • Strong analytical and excel skills    
  • Exceptional organization and strategic planning skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitation skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguity in an environment with competing priorities.
