About this team

As Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the lululemon brand to our guests through various campaigns with a focus on digital channels. You will inspire, guide and lead collaboration with cross-functional partners and support smooth campaign operations throughout execution.


A day in the life 
  • Develops, owns and manages the digital content calendar; gathering input from cross-functional partners; incorporating content from global and regional teams, and integrating locally-led initiatives to support and drive the digital business
  • Develops campaign strategies that support digital business objectives; incorporating guest insights & trends. Leads the execution of campaign concepts (locally-led, or global extensions), including deliverables planning, briefing, budget management and creative oversight, with Creative Ops support
  • Partners with, educates and influences the global Digital Brand Experience team on APAC product priorities, and content needs to engage guests in key markets Partners with key cross-functional partners in region and markets, including but not limited to: Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Social, Community, and Brand Management, to deliver best-in-class campaign execution 
  • Supports creative concept development and execution with external agencies; providing strategic advice and direction to ensure outputs support campaign objectives 
  • Accountable to set and drive KPIs, as well as measure, report and socialize results and learnings. Adapts future work based on results and learnings
  • Builds strong cross-functional relationships across the organization; managing stakeholders to keep them enrolled in marketing plans


Qualifications:
  • A bachelors degree in Business or Marketing related field. 
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with project management tools and timeline development
  • Experience with creative briefing and working on set and with creative teams
  • Effective and collaborative stakeholder manager 
  • Expert negotiator, influencer, relationship builder
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment, managing multiple stakeholders 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Takes a nimble and flexible approach to adapt where necessary, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Strong understanding of digital landscape – web, apps, email, paid, and passion for the future of digital


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in apparel industry - partnering with merchandising, product & ecommerce teams 
  • Experience working across APAC – Asia markets specifically – Korea and Japan a plus.
