About the role

The EMEA Digital Marketing team exists to define and execute the digital strategy for customer acquisition. Our goal is to drive omni-channel sales for our European business and grow our community. We utilise a range of acquisition channels including Search (SEO & PPC), Affiliate & Influencer Marketing and Paid Media to deliver elevated digital experiences, drive purchase and engage beyond transactions.

We’re continually diversifying our digital marketing channels and target markets to reach new guests and increase brand awareness. With this comes increasing operational and strategic complexity. The Digital Campaigns Manager is a new role and will be responsible for the strategic planning and coordination of performance campaigns representing channels across digital marketing. This person will work closely with channel leads to identify the best channel mix to support a campaign brief, ensure that creative is delivered to execute and coordinate ongoing campaign reporting. This person will inform Sr Leadership on campaign strategy and share feedback across teams.

A day in the life:

The Digital Campaigns Manager is the representative and internal connector between the Digital Marketing team and crossfuncational partners. Daily communication and collaboration with all DM channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Influencers, Content Commerce, Email) as well as internal and external partners is essential to drive strategy and process forward.

  • Lead campaign and market strategy creation across digital performance channels
  • Work in collaboration with brand, product and ecommerce parters to identify growth and future campaign opportunities that deliver into our growth objective
  • Co-Create meausurement and reporting frameworks that will be shared across the organization
  • Educate senior management and cross functional partners on channel performance, market insights, creative best practices and industry trends that impact campaigns
  • Inform senior management on campaign strategy and performance, make recommendations for future programs
  • Recommend and communicate digital campaign strategy that respond to adapting business needs
  • Work in partnership with Brand and channel leads to ensure campaign reporting is valuable and actionable.


  • Track record across digital and performance marketing with experience managing people and/or agencies.
  • Proven experience co-creating strategies that support brand, product and customer objectives.
  • Aware of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, measurement and technology.
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills to work with numerous internal/external resources and departments to reach objectives.
  • Knowledge of adtech, industry trends around privacy and how this impacts guest.
  • Proven ability to articulate vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team while focusing on achieving business goals.
