about this team
Support guests in getting the product they want, wherever they want, and as fast as they want by driving a seamless, optimized fulfillment experience inclusive of operations, store support, and technology.  



a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Owns Omni packaging strategy, operations, and execution, driving for improvements in cost and efficiency 
  • Leads and executes peak fulfillment strategy, including key holiday initiatives such as shipping cutoff 
  • Ensures fulfillment messaging and operations maintain high standards by analyzing KPIs, identifying gaps, and prioritizing solutions
  • Attends and leads cross-functional meetings with key partners including Ecom Ops, DC, FNPA, Logistics, and Omni
  • Executes changes to fulfillment technology such as order sourcing and estimated delivery date to close gaps in fulfillment experience
  • Collects multi-channel feedback through stores, DC partners, Planning, Ecom leadership, and quantitative metrics to identify strategic, process and guest experience improvement opportunities
  • Manages fulfillment guest messaging content and copy
  • Responsible for organizational enrollment into fulfillment opportunities through storytelling and communication
  • Liaises with Retail and GEC teams to ensure educator, Ecomm and in-store needs are balance


qualifications
  • College degree from 4-year university strongly preferred
  • A personally responsible self-starter
  • Ability to understand and solve complex problems 
  • Well organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Retail and/or fulfillment experience preferred 
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to succinctly and effectively communicate with operations management and senior leadership
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Logistics and operations experience a plus
  • Minimum of three years of relevant professional work experience
