The role of Ecommerce operations supervisor will be based at lululemon’s China SSC in Shanghai, dedicated to the long-term development and growth of lululemon in China.
Reporting to Senior Ecommerce Manager
The main responsibility of this role is to oversee day-to-day operations of online channels and collaborate closely with cross functional partners to execute the online strategy and campaigns that can boost the EC growth.
· Work closely with the online business leader to oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations including seasonal product launches, campaign launches and execution, content management, business performance analysis & review and order fulfilment
· Be the main point of contact (both internally and with TP) for all day-to-day business activities
· Work closely with the brand marketing team to ensure cohesive storytelling is in place for all campaigns across all channels
· Serve as ecommerce point person for logistics, warehouse and finance. Liaise with cross functional teams to implement changes to our online stores in alignment with lululemon’s strategic goal
· Responsible for generating and analyzing weekly and monthly business performance reports
· Partner with vendor to identify opportunities and initiate improvements to site operations and user experience
· Provide leadership and innovative thinking to the analysis of industry trends, interesting initiatives, member behaviors and competitors’ best practices
· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations
· Familiar with China E-commerce business models and operations of major platforms like Tmall, JD, VIP, etc.
· Expertise in loyalty techniques and cross-channel analytics and measurement
· Possess strong business acumen and commercial thinking
· Experienced multi-tasker who thrives under pressure
· Proven leadership ability
· Proven relationship management experience
· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
· Proven organizational and time management skills
· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced excel skills
