About this team
The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our products are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great product, we also build great relationships.


A day in the life: 
  • Report into Merchandising Manager, supports and manages from pre-bulk activities   to production (End to End)
  • Costing data input and managing costing reports
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams for order management changes and WWMT label
  • Support the Merchandising and Production team for WIP, Time & Action and PO management
  • Take the lead in resolving any potential and current issues with cross-functional teams to minimize the impact and manage on-time delivery 
  • Visit factory to observe end-to-end production processes, share back with and work out solution with cross functional teams if needed 
  • Manage the shipment booking and shipping process with vendors


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textiles or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a production or merchandising environment and equips with textile production knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and you love working with a lot of Microsoft Office, Tradestone, GTNexus, and FlexPLM!
  • Good at communication skills. English – fluent 
  • Good at time management 
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented
  • Work independently
